Bug Report
Was running to the mage's guild in Davon's Watch on my horse. I ran right through the door, without dismounting or opening the door. I then fell through the floor, fell for a while, and died, while able to see the city above me. When I went to submit a bug report with /bug, I was unable to click the submit button.

dss✭This crafting writ bug happened on two of my characters:
My alchemist raised the solvent skill to go from filtered water to purified. This should have raised the writ level but she is still getting the same writs that use filtered water. She didn’t have this problem when she upgraded Enchanting at about the same time.
My provisioner upgraded Provisioning to skill level 5, but all her writs are still using level 4 recipes. She is now level 50 in Provisioning and has 5 of 6 provisioning level skills.
Customer service told me to submit a bug report.
