U50 Bug Reports for Tamriel Tomes New Features and QoL changes

Please report any issues you run into while testing the Tamriel Tomes New Features and QoL changes in this thread. In general, we prefer you to use /bug in-game but if you’d rather submit a report here, please give us as much information as possible, including screenshots and/or video if applicable. Thank you!

Not quite sure if that's the right place for this bug report, but it's technically qol change. The icon for Blackreach Caverns is no longer present in the Reach overland map. While the new map with more visible roads is great lack of the way to easily swap to blackreach map is inconvinient and inconsistent with Western Skyrim map. Simialrly map of Repaer's March doesnt seem to display the areas near player houses in the same manner as it used to, being way more blank. May be an older change though.

Sorry, some wires crossed on my end. Looks like it will be live tomorrow for testing. We’ll update patch notes to reflect this.

Hi folks, quick update on some Tomes related items.

We're looking into why you (including ourselves lol) can't swap between owned Tomes. The intention is you should have both the U49 and U50 PTS specific Premium Tomes owned, and should be able to swap between them using the top left button on the Tome screen (the little book with an arrow icon). Right now, doesn't seem to be working. We are investigating.
Rerolls for Gold. Got some wires crossed when planning this out. This looks like it will make its way into PTS 3, and is not currently active.
This is also true for the end of season experience, also known as the autoclaimer. This will be available to test in PTS 3, planned for April 30th.

Thanks again for the feedback here. We're working on clearing up some of the communication for future PTS weeks.

@ZOS_Kevin it would be useful if PTS3 (EU characters, I think?) were given sufficient Tome Points to force some auto-claiming. Your update, but general practice would be to create the conditions which allow testing of the thing you want tested. Speaking to my EU characters, I don't think any of them have any Tome Points, so they have to go earn points before they would have any to spend.

So the button for swapping between different Tomes is there now, but it seems like I wasn't granted the U49 Tome, as I can't swap to it:

On PlayStation 5 pro. The UI for Tam tomes hard crashes on a left click of the LT button. You get one opportunity to refresh if you dismiss it the entire screen turns blank the only way to fix this is to kill the session. Force close the app and relogin. I fed the UI message to AI to see if it could tell me what add-on was causing the problem or if it wasn't add on it says there is absolutely no add-on in that stack Trace sand that it is fully zos UI bug. How a bug in the UI on your brand new feature that forces PlayStation players to force close the app on a regular basis every time they bump a button while they're looking at that screen got through any level of quality assurance is *** beyond me

Is it intended that we are all getting the Path to Adventure Golden Pursuit shoved in our faces?

I'm not a new player, nor am I a returning player. I missed one single day on PTS and that was because it was down all day Monday. But every time I log in, I'm slammed with this popup. I went to test something, and I've got "CLAIM YOUR GOLDEN PURSUIT REWARD!!!!!" in my face while I'm in the middle of combat.

There's a point when something goes from "helpful for new players to bring them in" and "obnoxious to new players and will drive them off," and this has crossed that line.

Hi folks, we have a quick update for PTS this week, to assist with testing Tome Swapping. We are going to grant everyone on PTS the Season Zero live Tome. Granting the tome should making Tome Swap testing a bit easier. This is happening right now during maintenance and you will see this change once the PTS server is back up. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback here. The team likes this suggestion and is keeping it in mind for future tests that may need to happen.
