Issues running the game in full screen mode and 1920x1080 resolution

No matter how many times i change the resolution to 1920x1080 and accept the changes with E button, it still drops to 1280x720. It does not want to remember the change i have made to screen resolution. The fact that the game is not running in full screen mode is not a deal breaker for me as i can hide the windows task bar and it sort of solves that one issue i have mentioned. Deal breaker for me though is the unchangeable resolution and that i can not run the game in full HD. I never had any problems of this kind what so ever with any other games in the past. It is very frustrating to be honest. Also i do not think my specs are the one to be blamed as my rig is: i5 3570S, 8Gb RAM 1600Mhz, Gtx 770, Windows 7 64bit. Please help!!!

I hate to ask but... I have to. Is your desktop resolution set to 1920x1080 already? It should be.0 -
MANAS1983Soul ShrivenYes, that was the first thing that came to my mind, to change the native windows resolution to 1920x1080...but it already was set to this resolution so i ran out of ideas0

Try the following steps:
Right-click on Desktop -> Screen resolution -> Make text and other items larger or smaller -> Set value lower than 150

MANAS1983Soul ShrivenMy values were set to 150 as I'm playing on a 42inch Full HD 3D TV. Now after lowering it to 125, everything works perfect. Game runs in full screen mode and in 1920x1080. Thanx again ESO Team
