Large groups constantly crashing

So far the game has run incredibly stable for me without encountering any real bugs. Untill we start to form groups larger then let's say 10-12 men. At that point the game becomes a disaster unfortunately. Then it strings together one crash after the other. Voicecoms become a mayhem of people all constantly crashing at the same time. So we can be sure it's not anyones local system but a server side issue.
