The super low frame rates started today...
I am not sure what happened. Through beta I've had no issues, fps were in the 50's. Early start, same same. This morning I had no issues till about 3pm HST (hawaii standard time) when the lag got worse and fps dropped. At 10pm HST the game was unplayable...10 fps. I even dropped everything down to low settings...still 10 fps.
Now I do not have the fastest machine or the newest but I haven't had game breaking issues till now. Below are my specs but considering the abrupt change in playability I am going to point back to ESO itself as the problem:
Radeon HD 5850
Intel i7 920
6gb Memory
Win 7 (64 bit)
All drivers current

Win 8.1 x64 Pro, i7 2600k, ATI 6970, 16Gig of RAM
what i have noticed is the same starts about 18% ram usage.. as it gets towards the 25% (4Gig limit) the FPS drops dramatically
i usually start around 50+ fps but the time im at 25% usage the fps has dropped to around 6 fps.. game is basically unplayable.. i allowed it to continue a couple of times and it eventually ends in a crash
my system is freshly installed (yesterday) all drivers are up todate
Video (Catalyst 14.3), Sound(Logitech g930 - LGS 8.52), LAN (Realtek GBE net driver Install_Win8_8.1_8026_03212014), USB, Intel INF all done..
i have NO addons installed initially figured that was the problem.. but have since deleted all addons and still having the same issueLegend Of the Red Dragon -
CheesyDaedra✭✭✭I sometimes bug out of nowhere into the developer realm (as i've come to call it), where you can see all the unfinished stuff, but i do however get my framerates into oblivion when i'm there, and no matter if i get back to the main world, i need to do a full restart of the game.
So it's mostly an issue with the engine.Do you mind? I'm busy doing the fishstick, it's a very delicate state of mind. -

I had that today as well (world was flat and unfinished at one spot when I moved forwards, moved backwards and world was there again - didn't do a full restart after and just relogged). That could explain why my fps dropped oddly.
Running on ultra with an i7 2600k @4.6GHz and a gtx780sc acx, so my computer usually runs game well but noticed a good 30-50fps drop (my fps went from 50-99fps suddenly down to 30-55fps) depending on area after playing a while. And I suddenly got weird jitters when loading into an indoors area (even saw fps drop to 9fps for a split second). -

This game hates us alt-tabbing, things go pear shaped after tabbing out. Always keep the launcher closed after game client starts up.

i might try a gamebooster to make the game use all the resources all the time, it seems like it doesnt use them probably because of the fullscreen bug? idk... -
Thanks for the comments and glad (or...sad really) to see it isn't just me. It is covering a range of systems and it seems the higher in rigs are still playable but it still is a unsatisfactory situation. This happens when new games start up, bugs and what not, I understand this but I do hope that they address this soon.

This is the problem I have been complaining about all over the forums, I am glad to start seeing more of an out cry. Hopefully they will address us soon
. Im having poor fps although system requirements state I should be running this comfortably. FX 8320, R70X 4GB 8GB RAM, all current drivers ect. im getting 20 fps in some areas.
