Bankers disappeared

All of a sudden I can't see the bankers in the bank in the Aldmeri Dominion starting area. They were there yesterday, though they were hidden around a corner so a bit tricky to find at first. Bit stumped at to where they might have done 
If at first you don't succeed, keep trying. And again. Eat a cookie, read a wiki, I dunno, just try to relax, the frustration will only give you a headache.
