Are several abilities not giving their morphed effects?

Are several abilities not giving their morphed effects? For instance my morphed concealed weapon doesnt seem to make me move 22% faster while stealthed (crouched). I tested this with a friend who doesnt have such a talent and we had equal speed.
My thief stone doesnt seem to give me the 5% crit Im supposed to get either.
Anyone else?
