BattleAxe✭✭✭✭✭Will the off balance bonus in Lava Whip be changed or moved to class mastery in some form? With subclassing and scribing, it's far too easy to source off balance, almost zero preparation in PvP, and no down time unless target survives 5 whips, while in PvE 5 stacks per 20 seconds doesn't look very useful.
The dmg done has been integrated in masteries the off balance stacks do still serve a purpose as they deal aoe dmg1
