Will they offer refund for the price of the game? The fact that I cannot even get it to run leads me to strongly desire to just get my money back.

I have heard that they do so if you don't want to wait for help. This IS an MMO launch and millions of different computers out there. Vthere is always teething problems in the first few weeks in these launches
