[PTS Bug] Common Senche-Raht NPCs Skins are Bugged

Senche-raht NPCs that have the common red senche-raht skin are currently experiencing a bug where they have lost their original skins but have taken up the appearance of a Badass looking Senche-raht that looks like it belongs to a special Senche-raht but some of the textures are broken. I was able to confirm Tsazura, Bihargo, and Sattaiq have their skins bugged, but I assume all other red Senche-rahts are also affected. Only the one wearing the bracers has fully working textures displayed on him.
