Launcher stuck at loading

Just like the title says. I start the launcher and its stuck at loading and will not even go to the next screen. I would repair but the option to do so is on the next screen. Any one had this issue before and know how to solve it?

It might be just doing an update to the launcher give it some time

The issue is I patched yesterday and it ran fine. Today the launcher just wont work. I discovered that if I click close it will some times go to the next screen. I tried clicking the option just above news where the option to repair is supposed to be, but it's not there.
