Launcher Not Working?!?

So i bought the game early wanting to play the early access. But i have gotten to play about 30 min in the last 5 days due to me not being able to get the launcher to run on my comp. I have all but deleted Norton and have tried many thing to see if it will run but nothing. i hardly ever even get the loading screen. it usually shows the eso symbol in the active bar and then it disappears. HELP I WANT TO PLAY MY GAME NOT HAVE A $65 paper weight
