Am I the only one feeling the game is heading more and more towards a childrens game?
It just feels more like a cellphone game in terms of gameplay, dialogues, some new designs. I am so glad they are working on harder overland and the horror subclassing has braught to PVP.

My main three points that would greatly improve this game:
1. Better animations!
2. Harder overland, EVERYTHING in the world feels like the same things with different skins on them. There's no incentive to quest anymore.
3. Subclass balancing.

Let's hope this stuff get released early in 2026

    I miss the bloodstains on the muzzle when devouring a corpse as a werewolf. You can still see werewolf NPCs get it during the werewolf tutorial quest.

    Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).

    Harder overland needs a toggle. I don't want a ten minute fight just too get a resource node. That isn't engaging, it would be aggravating.

    ZOS has confirmed it’ll be a toggle/optional.

    Agree with you on harder Overland, as long as it’s optional (which it is), I don’t see the problem. Or at the very least the positives would far outweigh the negatives.

    Majority of ESO player prefer to play solo. So, let’s enhance that solo experience by giving them an optional difficulty challenge. I personally cannot fully invest in any story no matter how great it is if the gameplay challenge doesn’t match the gravity of the narrative.

    Same. Solstice is irritating me because the bosses die so fast I can’t see any of their mechanics. That’s even if I just have my unoptimized companion do all the fighting. Feels like the only way to play the overland in a difficulty that feels right is if you wear all heavy armor, no skills, only light attacks… which is boring. (And also wildly underprepares people from going from overland to group pve!)

    100% Agree. There is that weird feeling of being a hero in the game having more trouble with a goblin or a dreugh in a dungeon than a Daedric prince for example. The combat justification just doesn't feel right...

    I sometimes wonder how many players who complain about overland being too easy are putting their CP on new low level characters - which obviously makes it much easier. (Yes, I'm guilty of it too!)

    But, yeah, it does need a toggle to make PvE difficulty a bit harder, especially in the alliance zones. Or just revert those zones back to the way they were before One Tamriel, level lock the zones - make people earn their way there.

    (Fond memories of the days I'd wander into The Rift from Stonefalls before One Tamriel to get my butt handed to me by much stronger enemies.)
