I just got my copy in and same issue. My other codes appear to work as they give the message that I need the game to activate them but the game code itself comes up as not valid.
I have issue to - along with a damaged statue. The bad printing seems to be a UK only issue. Think the whole thing will be going to my nearest GAME Monday morning. Those of you who contacted support, did you get anything back from them?
