Hello, I have an issue. My eso account was banned. I've got AI responce in one ticket saying like account is banned and decision is final. It simply doesn't listen. I've created other ticket, support asked some info on my account, I answered the questions and they don't reply anymore. I don't know where to search and ask for help. I don't have access in over a month. I've spent years on the game, have all the dlcs and was eso+ member for 2 years straight. My ticket # is: 251104-001738, that one doesn't have a single reply since November 4. There's also 251028-000230 ticket number. This is the one where support asked my account info and there's no reply since October 28. Would greatly appreciate any help please.
