Massacre At Goat's Head Oasis Wayshrine

Once again a brutal massacre of innocent goats has occured at the Goat's Head Oasis wayshrine in Alik'r Desert. The ground stained with the blood of these beautiful innocent creatures will not be tolerated. So today we are launching a Nirn wide manhunt for the perpetrator and asking the public for their help.

The suspect is described as being 6ft 6in, male of Nord descent, wearing what appears to be the hide of a white bear stained in the blood of his innocent victims. The suspect is widely known to authorities, and wanted in connection with a series of brutal crimes against Tamrielic creaturers, including Flesh Atronachs, Wisps, Trolls, Lions and Tigers and Bears and a long list of other victims.

To the suspect we say this: I have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you.

I believe those that hired this man are more responsible than the perpetrator himself, as without them offering him recompensation for these slaughters they would not occur.

The responsible party is creator of the Endeavor system, whose name is yet unkown.

It is said the suspect takes particular delight in the slaughtering of Flesh Atronachs, due to their sad cries of anguish on being killed. (Seriously, go kill a Flesh Atro with the sound up high)

Then it's not just innocent goats that are being targeted, but other creatures as well? And the perpetrator takes pleasure in their cries of anguish?

The suspect has been seen charging into a group of protestors in the Mournhold Banking District, and then killing 4 of them. Never 3 or 5, only ever 4 before fleeing from the guards.

Despite the best efforts of authorities to then capture him a few moments later, he presented an official pardon absolving him of all wrong doing. We believe these to be counterfeit but their quality is superior and we cannot prove it.

It is a very sophisticated group orchestrating these massacres. They put out daily bulletins announcing their preferred targets, and even convince the public to craft armor and potions in exchange for their own black market currency. Their organizational skills rivals that of the Dark Brotherhood.
