[Housing] This U48 structural item will be bugged on launch... & essentially unobtainable anyway

I and at least a couple of other players have been reporting this weekly on the PTS, hoping it could be fixed before launch. (Like the unusable ladder on the Argonian Houseboat, also reported since PTS).
Not sure what to do – have the reports been seen? Should we keep reporting it? There are no new patch notes this week, so I assume it's going live bugged. Now posting in here because I think Housing players who don't visit PTS might like to know.
Item: Stone-Nest Gazebo

It's been discussed in Housing community Discord channels; players who are aware of the issue would like to have it fixed. As far as we know at this time, this is a fairly unique building asset that could be really useful for from-scratch building. So it's disappointing that this is both 1. unusable in an obvious configuration many builders are likely to try, 2. practically unobtainable:
Map-locked Antiquities are a huge problem: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/683736/removing-map-based-leads and it's likely this one is also stuck in Maps – and worse, the loot table will be combined in U48: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/683385/pts-patch-notes-v11-2-1-eastern-western-solstice-antiquities-combined-is-bad-news
Bugs aside, PLEASE stop burying useful items in multi-level Treasure Map RNG.
