Twitch drop stopped working?

Yeah, I still have 3.5 hours left, so I hope I haven't been screwed out of the mount. I got them on another account which already had the mounts (purchased), and I forgot to unlink that account... so I was forced to rewatch everything and create a new account. Thus, 12 hours streaming + the times it didn't work...

I instanty got the last 10 percent the next time I booted(after some time off);so,if Twitch still adjust the correct time watched,you may get it too.

Seems to be working better now for my wife and myself, but it was definitely getting stuck for us for a good few hours.

It would be great if you could please extend these drops at least for a day or so.

Is there any chance you guys can run this promotion again or just give us the items anyway if we submit a ticket. I did try 251016-003624 but they said they couldn't help if Twitch messed up the count. But there was not actually enough time for me to go back and earn both rewards once I found it had finally been turned back on.

Stopped at 68% for the mount on both mine and my husbands accounts yesterday and today, was working fine the day before as we both got the crate and the pet.

I think this may have been planned, because when the drops first began earlier in the week the streamers who had drops on said that the drops would be until sometime in November. And I think Gina had said something during ESO Live before the event began-- back when they were explaining how the event was going to work-- that there would be a month-long Twitch drops campaign, although I'm going by my hazy memory so I forget the details.

In any case, when I saw that the drops were scheduled to end on October 16 I thought it was odd since it didn't match up with what had originally been said and what the streamers were telling their viewers. So the drops campaign that started last night and which Twitch says is going to last until sometime in November is (I believe) a continuation of the drops campaign that just ended last night, and it was always supposed to last until sometime in November as far as I know.

But as I said, I'm going by my hazy memory.

In the past, when there have been two separate campaigns, even for the same items, we have had to restart progress, since it’s technically a different campaign. The previous campaign is now closed on Twitch, so it appears that all the progress towards the previous goals is now lost (as usual). Twitch was not able to recover all drop progress, despite their claim, so I ended at 95% on the horse after over 16 hours of streaming.

If I spend 8 hours on the new campaign for this mount, I will have spent over 24 hours for an 8-hour drop because Twitch had another recurrence of a well-known issue. Support is now claiming to be "unable" to grant entitlements, despite that being a key function of their job and something they have done on numerous occasions in the past when this issue has happened. I know it's a common thing these days for businesses to claim to be "unable" to do something when they don't want to take responsibility when things go wrong, but that doesn't make it feel any less untruthful or dismissive. I gather from that claim that Support has chosen to no longer support these offers going forward, which means we're essentially gambling our time for a chance at a drop when one corporate partner can't fix an issue in a timely manner and the other is "unable" to do so at all.
