PTS Patch Notes v11.2.5

Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online PTS v11.2.5 (we are skipping v11.2.4)! For the final week of PTS, we are bringing fixes and adjustments to Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 2 content, the Writhing Wall Event and Base game.

Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 2 sees several bug fixes to quests and achievements. The Writhing Wall event sees final tweaks to phase 3 completion and overall performance. While Base Game sees some minor adjustments and fixes to events, UI, and Alliance Change Tokens.[

Item Sets

• Xanmeer Genesis
  • Visual effects are now working as intended on the Xanmeer Genesis item set.

• Updated some animations for the Blacksmith personality.

• Updated audio in the Cradle of the Worm Colossus home.

Achievements

• Lair of the Black Worm Explorer can only be earned by defeating the Delve's boss.
• Soul Trap, the Wormwrithe skill style, and the Worm-Touched Soul Gem collectible now reference the correct achievements.

General

• Missing Vanus lines are now fixed.
• NPC's and companions should move normally within the Sleepy Sloth Inn and Pub in Sunport.
• Bookshelves in Eastern Solstice are now more likely to contain texts related to Eastern Solstice.

Quests

• Blood on the Water
  • Several lines on Argenta and Captain One-Eye are now accessible.
• Calindvale Gardens Public Dungeon
  • The Stone Raiser and Speaker Waldyr now say voiceover lines as expected.
• Choice and Consequence
  • The “Talk to Cariel” step right before choosing a side now properly advances, regardless of previous quest history.
• The Deep Tombs of Xul-Haj
  • Voiceover lines no longer overlap.
  • Removed and adjusted monster populations to not break weight.
  • Jeetra no longer repeats lines while in a group.
• The Final Dark
  • Updated sound effects throughout the quest.
  • Voiceover timing bugs have been resolved.
  • The burst visual effects for the Bone Dragon in The Final Dark are now properly playing after it breaks out of "Entangle.”
  • You will no longer see incorrectly placed “talk to” prompts for Darien during the final fight "The Final Dark."
  • There is now proper quest assist for the step "Talk to Prince Azah" once you accept "The Final Dark" from Midconjuror Mirmal.
  • A specific special execution animation is no longer misaligned when using the largest polymorphs available.
• Fleeing the Shadows
  • The quest will now properly share with group members.
• Hunt for the Great Mage
  • Added missing sound effects.
  • Destroying flayers now have appropriate visual effects.
• Lost Among the Ashes
  • Fixed an issue where dialogue options showed vampire conversational options even if you aren’t a vampire.
• Roots in Stone
  • Mani-Kai no longer disappears.
  • Added missing sound effects to the pendulum.
• To Know the Void
  • After finishing the quest, Sahmazim will now have proper conversation options reflecting if you're in the Dark Brotherhood or not.
• The Worm Turns
  • Updated sound effects throughout the quest.

Battle for the Writhing Wall
General

• Improved responsiveness of the Writhing Wall event. Changes to the world after completing a phase should appear much faster on game clients.
• The keyboard map now shows the correct info when the Writhing Wall event completes Phase 3.

Writhing Fortress

• Increased the health and damage of monsters in this area.

General

• You will now be removed from all campaign queues upon using an Alliance change token. All pending ready checks will also be automatically declined.

Vengeance

• Core combat mechanics such as Sprint, Roll, or Block did now properly scale in cost for low level players while in Vengeance.

• Made some updates to improve visuals for the Dreadmare of a Thousand Truths.

• Sorcerer - Twilight Matriarch
  • The Twilight Matriarch combat pet no longer makes an unintentional sound effect.

Daedric War Celebration

• The Summerset public dungeons now properly drop extra loot.
• Guidance for Guides
  • Fixed an issue where optional dialogues with Calinor had their requirements reversed, giving you Clockwork commentary if you'd completed Summerset and vice versa.

New Life Festival

• The Desert and the Sea
  • This quest will now correctly be automatically abandoned when the event ends.

General

• The tooltip icon for the Vibrant Yellow style for the Arrow Spray skill now displays correctly.
• You will no longer see inapplicable DLSS and FSR options in the Settings panel:
  • The DLSS mode selection will now only be available when the Anti-Aliasing mode is set to DLSS.
  • The FSR mode selection will now only be enabled when using a compatible Anti-Aliasing mode (None, FXAA or TAA), and will be disabled when using an incompatible Anti-Aliasing mode (DLSS or DLAA).

Misc

• Resolved crashing that could occur randomly but was more common when using a PlayStation controller.
