Running a copied alt who has completed Summerset, but not Morrowind or Clockwork City:
Speaking with Calonir, I was only given the dialogue to say I'd saved the Clockwork City (which I haven't yet on this server) and not Summerset, despite having completed that Zone's main questline on this alt. I was then given the option to say "There's more." but nothing on the next screen other than "Goodbye."
