Volenfell quest lever bug since forever.

If someone not on the quest pulls the levers after the unstable construct you cannot progress the quest. Pretty sure it's just the one through the doors.
If I do /loc: the_gaurdians_skull_base={{.675,.021,0}},
Simple fix:
Make the lever return to start position instead of switch to permanent. Then it can be triggered again by anyone.

This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.
