Can't redeem DLC Key

Hey, guys. Have anyone encountered the same problem when you try to redeem your DLC key? Recently bought a Necrom DLC from local distributor, but when i try to redeem key - the checkout page just freezes forever. I've waiter for several hours yes haven't been able to get my DLC to my account.

I've tried to contact support, at the beginning only bots answered, then i got message "we'll look into it" end now i have no response for more then 4 days already.

Is there a solution? No plugins, nor VPN help. Key isn't redeemed (tried on my friend account, it lets me redeem it, but i didn't confirmed redemption of the friends account), so it's not a key problem, nor region problem. Looks like an issue with my account or something like that

    Does any one have any advices for that? I'm being ignored still, it's been 11 days since i contacted TESO support and they don't answer me

    If you post your ticket number and @ mention one of the community managers or mods (such as ZOS_Kevin), they can take a look at your ticket status and update you via DM. I'd also double-check that there's no reply sitting in your junk/spam folder, as that does happen.

    Is this "local distributor" an authorized party to sell game keys? If you're buying from a sketchy third party then the key could of course be completely fake/fraudulent. Isthereanydeal has always been my go-to to find the official distributor channels, even if you run into an issue on one of those sites listed there they will resolve it, and get keys directly from developers, places like humble bundle, greenmangaming, fanatical, gamesplanet, etc.

    Edit: you could've also bought a different region key which is why it works on friend account and not yours, mmos are very specific to what region keys are allowed to work; (but also you shouldn't be logging into a friend's account to begin with?)

    As i mentioned, the key works. It works on another account so the problem is not with the key but with my account itself (i tried it on my friend account, it lets me to redeem (but i didn't confirmed redemption so i can use the key on my account))

    My friend's account is in the same region is I, so if it works for him - it should work for me.

    @ZOS_Kevin i beg you to help me. Or anyone. Why is it so hard to help me? I've seen another thread where a guy received help and support activated key on their account for them. Why can't i get the same?
