Randomly Banned

I have attempted to log in to my Steam and Xbox account but both accounts are "permanently deactivated due to a Code of Conduct violation. You may no longer access this service". I have attempted to log in to the Elder Scrolls website to submit a ticket but it says I am suspended from the website. I can't find an email about this either.

I dont have a link to hand but you can raise a ticket for account issues that dont require you to log in to raise it, you can then query the ban etc
