Physical Imperial Edition - Molag Bal needs bigger shoes!

Has anyone else found that their Molag Bal statue has feet that are much much smaller than the fixing pegs on the base provided? Not only that but the position on the pegs is a good 2-3 centimetres wider than his legs. I dare not try and do the splits as the resin would be sure to break.
