Why is my banker sometimes appearing behind my character instead of in front of her?

Started after the update yesterday. All characters yesterday I summoned the banker (first assistant of the day) and didn’t see him, then noticed he was behind my character. Once I went through all characters it worked fine after that.

Today, same thing, first time the banker is appearing behind them. Not gamebreaking, but an annoyance on top of everything else and should not be happening.

Do you mean a video? Not sure a snapshot would help much. I will have to edit it and move it from the PS5 to the computer once I am finished with writs.

Not sure if it matters, but it is the Hoarfrost Takubar Trader.

So it doesn't matter if I summon this assistant or the ragpicker first, same result.

Yes, I am still doing these writs without an add-on, I prefer to keep track of what I'm getting to know what to put where. Don't know if that makes a difference but it should. I just log in, do the writs, then this happens.

I noticed a similar result myself, but could only recreate it when I had an addon running that interacts with the assistant. For example Appraiser automatically marks items as junk, and autosells them when I next summon my merchant, then when I summon my banker right afterwards the banker will be behind me. Or when LWC automatically marks ornate rewards as junk and/or auto deposits gold earned when I summon the banker.

But if I don't have any triggers of that type, then I can't recreate the bug at all.

The only addons I have are HarvestMap, circular minimap and that new furnshing plan addon by a guy with 707 in his name. Maybe that is it. I thought it was going to show what furnishing plans I did not have, but all I can see is it adds filters on crafting stations and I am not using that part. I can’t see how that would cause the problem but you never know. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'd like to amend my earlier comment. Just went back in, and now the banker is spawning behind me every time.

I turned off that other addon but I will have to wait until tomorrow to see if it made a difference. Once the assistant spawns behind me it works fine for the rest until the next day.
