So, the story as it follows, please read it to understand the context:
I linked Steam account to my ESO account, and used Steam to buy DLCs. Over the years I practically bought every zone DLC up to High Isle. After that, I had to unlink this Steam account and link another one. Every internet discussion said switching Steam account should not affect my bought content, as it automatically gets tied to my actual ESO in-game accout (
@Batonya12561 ).
And this was actually the case, as after changing linked Steam accounts I had full access to all previously bought DLCs, plus DLCs I bought via new Steam acc later on.
Now comes the problem... as of some day of August 2025, I've lost access to High Isle and Blackwood DLCs, as if they were never bought in the first place. At the same time, I still have full access to other DLCs, bought through the old Steam acc.
Sadly, so far official Support was not exactly helpful, up to the point where they recomended me to reach out for Steam support just in case it's a Steam issue.
Worst case scenario I'll just buy another copy of High Isle and Blackwood, but I really do not want it to come to this.
