PC NA Home Tours Issues

It looks like HomeTour system is down. Nothing comes up in "recommended" or "browse" list. All my houses listed on HomeTour were removed - all tags are gone as well as number of recommendations I've received previously. Other people's houses I've tagged as favourites are all gone too.

I asked if others are experiencing the same issue and few people said they are experiencing it too. I play on PC / NA.

I also have alt character on PC / EU and tested there and everything looks fine - but it seems like EU had similar problem before the maintenance – August 22, 22:00 UTC (6:00PM EDT) - August 23, 0:00 UTC (8:00PM EDT)? https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/682273

So it seems like PC / NA also need same maintenance treatment? @ZOS_Kevin

    Yes, I've been surprised that only EU got a fix for this. When will be our turn (PCNA), and are those recommendations gone forever?

    Actually, the Home Tours are somehow working again on PCNA with all the listings restored. Not sure what happened. Definitely was not working yesterday.

    Same with me - I logged on today and it was working again. I think I wil keep this thread open for couple more days in case the HomeTour bugs out again

    They brought the EU down at near-peak time to test the fix. They probably worked out they could do NA without disruption.
