Strange Health Bar/UI issue

Hi all, I hope everyone's having a lovely evening, and having fun with the new update!

I've been playing ESO on steamdeck for just over a week now with everything working fine, but after some toggling between gamepad modes, or at least this is what I think caused it, my UI seems to be having a funny five. The health bars look different, and the ui looks blurry 😬

Any advice would be amazing, and greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read my question 😊

I don't know if this is related, but with the new update on the font in my chatbox and other parts of the game on the letters I now see this odd white blurry edge that comes and goes depending on what on the screen is behind the letters. On a light background I see the white blurry edges but they go away on a dark background. It doesn't seem to be addon related because I disabled the addons that I thought might be causing it.

It's hard to tell from a picture of your screen, but there are known issues with HDR right now that is causing things to look blurry: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/682027/broken-ui-glow-texture#latest

Thank you for both of your replies, and my goodness, I spent so long look at settings thinking I'd caused it, but you're both right, looking into it, my ui looks like the screenshots from the shared discussion.
