Why is corpseburster magic damage?

Both thematically and conceptually, it feels like the set should be disease or poison damage. Is there a reason it's been pushed away from allowing Morag Tong bring some happiness into all of our lives? Now that Azure is dead as dead can be, surely it won't create any damage type inbalances for aoe content. Set it free and let it be more fun like it was meant to be.

    Only other thing is that the animation is not particularly Disease-themed, which is a drag.
