College of Winterhold? Definitely voting for that - it could further develop both the Mages Guild and the Psijic Order.

It would be so incredible for a Mage's Guild focused story involving the College, and maybe a Questline similar to another Eye of Magnus plot. No Daedra required this time, just Magical Artifacts or Anomalies/Mysteries buried in the frozen North. It would be the PERFECT jumping off point for something that could take us out into the Sea of Ghosts.

It would be nice to get Class Grimoires from this expansion, but I get the feeling that such an expansion would have some other kind of game system planned for it. Nobody really expected Western Skyrim to add the Antiquities system (many thought we'd get a Bard class instead) so it's not guaranteed that the game system here would be related to magical spells at all.

Considering the Bards College in Solitude was relegated to a "museum"-like series of fetch quests (which every expansion seems to have at least one kind of) I wouldn't be surprised if the College of Winterhold in ESO also had you collecting things within the zone and returning them.

that will likely happen eventually, i hope within a few years. i really wanna see Winterhold before the collapse

A season centered on the College of Winterhold could definitely be fun. If we ever go there, I hope we'll get a magical-themed new system along with it, such as:

• The One Handed & Rune/Spell weapon skill line (one can dream, right?)
• A guild skill line with a couple of classic TES spells
• Or, better yet, a Battlemage class
• And of course new additions to the Scribing system
