Suspended from site for no reason - Cannot log into the game - Error

Hello,

I hope that an admin or someone will look into this right now, because this is fairly ridiculus.

Suddenly I've been suspended from the website without any reason, and no mail has been sent to me concerning the matter. I neither can log into the game, and it says that my password or Account ID is wrong. It's not, I know it is correct.

I've sent 2 mails for help, and now I am making this forum post in hopes of getting a quick answer and solution.

I've done nothing to earn an website suspension, or the bug that does so I cannot log into the game. I was in all the beta testing sessions; I enjoy this game a lot, just not the customer support I am provided with.

Question: Can I get help immedately? Also, this is obviously an error.

    dont worry about it mate, i bought the game yesterday and its not even showing up in my games list so i cant play the game and cant seem to get a straight answer from zenimax awful customer service

    Agreed, this is ridiculus. I hope they will get this straight and fix these issues.

    i have been playing since early access started, last night after the servers went down to prepare for launch they came back up telling me i have been suspended also when trying to log into account.
    i am also still waiting for a response the only response i have got is my ticket has been escalated...
    the only thing to do is put a ticket in and wait :/

    Indeed, sir. Played yesterday, got a warning for the stupidest thing ever; spamming for 10 seconds. LOL, right?

    Anyhow, that got nothing to do with my login issues on both the site and the game.

    I sent them two tickets and a forum post here, yet nothing. I got the exact same problem as you.

    I don't know, this customer support is extremely lacking. I am dissapointed.

    I was suspended for 24 hours. I had not gotten any e-mail or anything about it. I tried logging into the game and my account and it didn't work, it just told me that I had the incorrect information which I knew wasn't true. I went to support and asked why I couldn't log in. The day after I got an e-mail telling me I was suspended for 24-hours because of swearing and a player had reported me. I think it's extremly unfair I wasn't told that earlier. I was wondering why I couldn't log in and it was frustrating me when I could have known it if they had just e-mailed me and told me I was suspended. Also in the e-mail it just told me that I was suspended for 24 hours, nothing about the time I'd be able to log in again because I don't know the exact time I was suspended (I was offline around the time I got suspended). So I just had to check every hour for a couple of hours to see when I could get back on and the 24 hour period was done. That I also find irritating. This is a problem that should be fixed. I'm also surprised by how easily you can get suspended. By just swearing a little bit I got suspended (I don't swear a lot in the game, just sometimes, like the average person). If this is the way the game is going to be half of the players will get suspended and the other half scared as heck. Also, it's a 16+ game, why isn't swearing allowed? So I guess if someone is mean to someone else then they'd get instabanned forever since a little swearing can get me suspended for 24 hours. I could at least have gotten a warning first.

    well atleast they eventually told you what your suspended for, me and allot of us have been suspended for no reason at all. and have not been told that we are suspended. it just wont allow us to log in, due to this unknown suspension.

    Be careful in chat... it's auto bot banning at this point, so it may take a while for real people to be involved I am guessing. They have their hands full.

    You were obviously either auto spam caught or people reported you. Either way you may have been "caught" once and got a warning but "caught" again within minutes for what you consider the "same" incident and then banned for it.

    Spam isn't just the annoying trash or gold selling,,, could be you advertising your guild or looking for help or grouping members for a quest.

    I was not informed at all when I suddenly got suspended from the Website, and still no mail concerning the matter.

    When I try to log in to the game, it says my password/Account ID is wrong, when it is NOT.

    Damn!

    The problem have been resolved.

    To everyone with the same problem and alike, I highly recommend you to send them a ticket and wait for response. Don't forget to add your secret answer in it.

    Everything was resorted, and they removed the suspension, ban warning and login problem.
