I think vampire mesmerization needs charm more than stun.

Charm is an effect that vampire should use.

    Agreed, but tbh the skill needs a bonus added to it like major lifesteal applied to affected targets or something unique to vamp. IMO vamp needs to portray far more lifesteal concepts.

    Agreed. And, parallel to this idea, Werewolf's "Claws of Life" skill needs to drop the lifesteal aspect, giving Hircine's Fortitude back its heal over time. I don't know why Werewolf has a lifesteal to begin with.

    Charm thematically belongs on Vampire more than it does on Warden's Class Mastery. It would make Vampire more appealing to use, too.

    I still want vamp to get the old bats back. New bats is just so bad. Its a worse goliath and a worse destro ult. The heals are useless from it because people just walk away from you, so its not like you need to heal while being ignored. All assuming you lasted long enough to gen 300 ult or so which is even worse considering you cant gen ult during your kill window......where you get your most ult return.

    Mist should just be a copy of streak at this point, or go back to the toggle mist with mit. Blood mist could do more damage.

    The heal cuts and health costs in vamp are also strange, because its not like vamp offers health back or lifesteal like it should. I'd rather a flat heal reduction from other players while gaining a lifesteal, could bake this into frenzy

    Good ideas in here.

    IMO, vampire line would benefit greatly from:

    1. Mist Form behaving like Streak (rather than Poor Man's Streak a la Arcanist Portal) and Elusive granting Major Evasion for 20-30 seconds so that it can be an armor-agnostic source of that buff that would be useful in both PvP and PvE for tanking.

    2. Improvement to Mesmerize (Charm effect would be neat and thematic but also the "looking at you" mechanic is just NOT IT and greatly nerfs this skill's appeal; why would I want to slot an unreliable Fear when Nightblade Fear or even Fighters Guild Fear exist and do what they say 100% of the time?).

    3. Bleed Damage on all offensive abilities (we are vampires, c'mon now).

    4. DPS morph of Drain to tuned as a spammable (or, perhaps, an execute).

    5. A group healing morph of Frenzy (where damage you deal gets converted to healing for your group; this is on-brand for the theme and fills a completely missing niche in the skill line).
