Ever since the voice chat transcripts were introduced i haven’t seen anyone from way back when i used to pvp or duel on eso any more in game chat either due to the fact that they all either said something that they weren’t supposed to because it was okay back then but not anymore i feel like it’s hard for me to come into area chat because I’m scared of accidentally saying something i could get in trouble for in voice chat because i spent a lot of time on my account and a lot of the people i used to see around the way either has been banned or left the game due to them not being able to change the way they communicate with others and i think that’s a very scary thought especially because a lot of peoples vocabulary has profanity in it and due to the fact it’s harder for certain people to communicate without accidentally saying the odd swear word or so also i want to clarify people spend days hours years building up they’re characters and account and i understand that voice chat used to have a lot of flaws and people used to cause problems but now it kinda scares me to even talk to one of my buddies normally just due to the fact someone could open up their settings and look at our conversation even if it’s private or whatever you know what i mean ?

(perhaps a bit of punctuation - a few merciful periods, some courtesy commas, that kind of thing - would have helped).

My apologies I’m not too good with grammar apostrophes and punctuation but it’s an emoji i just seen on my phone and i was like oh that’d be cool if i used the coffee emoji another thing i was gonna say is that people have used transcripts against other players and targeted them on purpose even if they weren’t causing problems with other players due to a lot of players having long term feuds and problems with each other which is another reason why transcripts scare me not saying I’m involved with any of that but i have seen it happen.

I’m on PC so I have to ask: would it be possible/practical to grab your buddies and talk over Discord or some other third party application instead?
