NPC chatter... please flag some NPCs to not do it.

So you know how NPCs make random comments about how you did this and that, and you're a hero, blah blah blah? I just had the ghost of Sedal tell me, "If you hadn't stopped the Covenant from summoning Sedal we'd all be dead!" Please, please, if you're going to have NPCs do this kind of thing at least flag some of them to not do it. Random guards...citizens...people not involved in quests, that's fine. It's fairly distracting and out of character coming from some quest NPCs and whatnot though.

Oh I too loved it when I was told by the ghost of Balreth not only congratulated me on events that take place thousands of years in the future, but congratulated me for killing him.
