[PTS] toggle for meter markers on compass ui

Please please please add an option to toggle these off, as well as the keen eye resources - it adds SO much visual clutter to the compass UI and makes it hard to parse exactly what you're looking at. I don't mind that they exist for people who DO want them but would really really prefer not to see them myself; I don't need to know how far away the writ turn-ins are or that there's a world event 300 meters away.
