My actual game account got hacked

I just posted a Reddit post a couple of hours ago that my account got hacked! Awesomely, it looks like my forum account is still accessible, and I actually reset my password to my original email address.
People were saying it was a phishing email, but I made a ticket on the help.elderscrollsonline website directly and they responded TO that ticket by sending me an email.

I have NO IDEA how ZoS's response is that my account is going to remain deactivated. Any kind of breach of Code of Conduct was done while the account was not in my possession for the past few years. This isn't that difficult to imagine or to confirm. I provided the information the support team initially requested, and it still wasn't enough. I can provide any further information necessary to prove I am the actual owner, but the support team didn't ask for anything else. Can anyone please provide guidance or further info??

ascatraz✭✭This is genuinely sickening. Whoever was on my account got it banned for typing this terrible stuff, and the response is, "Sorry, we have to ban your 10-year-old account, but you can start over!"

ascatraz✭✭Screenshot got edited by a ZoS GM because it contained the profanity that the person typed in chat to get the account banned. Sorry for including it; didn't know it would be illegal if I wasn't the one typing it XD0
