URGENT PROBLEM!!! - Greenshade - REDOING THINGS!!!!

I really didn't know where to post this because I don't think my tickets are going through/being looked at (because so many are being sent in)
URGENT PROBLEM:
As Aldermi Dominion, being up to Greenshade (zone 3)
Every 5-30 mins I (and others in the zone) am timing out. Not only is that the worst part, but I am losing my progress/spawning where I last LOGGED OUT (not timed out)
I know this is confusing wording but Pretty much when we are in greenshade we time out and have to do most things again (this may be a loss of 1 hrs progress)
It has been occurring apparently 3 days (ive only been in Greenshade for 1 day)
But this SERIOUSLY needs to be looked at ASAP!
