Anyone want to talk about Class masteries?

So in light of sorc changes and subclassing. The only defining reason to run one "class" or the other is the class mastery scribing effect or class sets. Should these minute build details dictate players to drop 10 years of progress on a character?
The second topic being balance of the class masteries. Do i need to go into detail here why the warden charm is a blatantly outclasses the other masteries? I am surprised they were not touched considering it has been abused in pvp since its release.
At least for the sets I can only hope they will add more, seeing as the sorc ones are near useless.

    I'm still waiting for the term "permanent pets" to be added despite them agreeing through other design choices that it was a good idea.

    Did they just forget? As a Sorc utilizing subclassing, I can't even use my class script with Grave Lord, the only other class with a measly 2 shock skills because it changes my spammable into a heal.

    What about Banner? The 5s tick rate on a damage proc that deals less than most self aoe dots like Blade Cloak, which ticks every 2s. None of it makes sense.

    I agree. The warden script feels grossly overpowered -- especially when compared to generating an extra corpse.

    How about the masteries or sets that play off of the crux or corpse system? With only one subclass are you really able to play into the system? Even pure classes, those systems are barely played into for pvp.

    With the corpse limit the necro corpse system somehow got even more impossible to use.
