Have you considered that you have been muted on purpose? perhaps for some of your actions? I'm not a moderator so i cant say for certain, but i highly doubt its accidental, especially if its the 10th time...

Without party chat its not possible to participate in group content. This is the primary function of a mmo and since you cant deliver I will ask for extra sub time as compensation.

Being muted is a socal ban, although I have read that certain actions or addons can trigger it, such as those that send out mass mails. Could this be what keeps happening?

Pretty sure this is another of those issues from using an addon to mass send out mails, which is a known thing that triggers the security system. The fix is to pace how fast the addon sends mails out, and not have it spam the system with however many hundreds of mails you are sending.

Social bans have been used in the past to silence suspected gold sellers. 4 or 5 years ago khajiit routinely received this ban because his ja-khajiit also played ESO amd the PTB assumed that that was what we were. Khajiit had to chew a few tails to get it to stop - is it really hard to imagine a family playing together?

Perhaps something like that is going on

This is only going to go one direction and i dont think its the direction you want.

i would strongly suggest (as others have) that you stop spamming mails. or ignore this advise and carry on getting muted.

I have asked how many emails i can send but there is no info.

I have to send a similar kind of mail every week too (trading guild, mailing a gentle reminder to those who did not meet the requirements the week prior), and I am always wary of the possibility of getting a 'social ban'.

Said that I use an add-on named 'Godsend':

This addon helps a ton with what would otherwise be an incredibly tedious - and risky - task; the add-on defaults to sending one mail every 5s or so and so far I have not been banned. That doesn't mean that the possibility is averted altogether, but it does - in my experience of using it for a long time every week - make it significantly less likely.

Even though it has seen no updates for a while is still fully functional.

Ty for the link to the addon. Not sure if I can risk it at 5 seconds as manually sending every 15 seconds or so caused my current situation.

Out guild never sends mail to all the members. Announcements are made in Discord and that seems to work very well.

I’ve seen the policy that if you don’t log in for “X” number of days you will be automatically removed implemented by some larger guilds. It seems that type of policy would be preferable to sending emails to people who won’t read them since they’re not logged in. Of course removed members in good standing can always re-apply to the guild if there’s space.
