State of the Game - Issues etc.

Hi guys,

I'm loving the game so far, the only problem is.... It's unplayable.

I've been to a lot of MMO betas, even more launches and the only game I can remember having this many issues was Vanguard:SOH.
For anyone who doesn't know, Vanguard was a fantastic MMO, but had a catastrophic launch... It was being kept alive on a lowly two server after the launch but they recently killed it for good.

Now, I'm not saying ESO will go the way of Vanguard, but there are some issues that are either major and/or gamebreaking.
At the very least, some major feedback is needed.

Personally, I'd prefer them to take down the server for as long as need in order to fix this.

Minor issues:
- preorder items being linked to your first character created: this is/was fixable, but it also shows ZOS' inexperience as an MMO developer...
These account items are usually redeemed by /claim or something, and there is definitely mention somewhere that it's a ONE TIME ONLY thing.
- numerous side-quests broken (I can live with that, though ideally, it would all be working)

Major issues:
- mail not working (no feedback on that from ZOS)
- guilds not working (no feedback)

Gamebreaking issues -and these are the big ones (speaking for the AD faction):
- story quests in Greenshade bugged, killing PvE progress
- constant rollbacks for everyone in zones (Greenshade most of all).

It's not down to someone's pet or class or race... It's EVERYONE.
Every 5-10 minutes, sometimes 20-30 in the non-peak hours.

...

I'm sure I'll see some white-knights answers defending ZOS, and that's fine.
I'm also sure there are enough people out there who respect themselves as buyers and customers and expect a working product.
And I'm also sure ZOS realizes that if these problems aren't resolved ASAP they'll lose players here - it's just the way it goes with MMOs, word of mouth spreads faster than game site reviews.

I have no idea how some people defended these issues because "early launch was free" (it wasn't, you paying straight up months ago was why you got the early access, it's the power of cash upfront, all too common in the business world), but now, that the launch is official, I don't see how anyone could defend it at all.
With even more players streaming in, I really hope these gamebreaking issues are dealt with ASAP.
AT LEAST the gamebreaking issues, and then the rest.

Also, I hope people realize most people come here to report bugs and complain because they love the game and they want to play it. But can't.
Not because they hate it or something.
