Hello everyone,
I would like to share couple of bugs/inconveniences I have seen recently;
1,- I have faced a bug in the quest "find Nistel". I have found her, talked to her, system said "completed", yet nothing has changed, map marker was still showing her location and quest was not progressing.
2,- When I tried to use ingame help center for that purpose, I have realised, that you can easily cancel your help screen activity by mistake. If you touch to an action key, or if you touch/click some things out of the help screen, your help screen may get closed. And probably all the text you have entered is gone. In wost case, after waiting for more than 15 minutes on the same screen for an online support agent (even more than 20 minutes!), it is a shame to cancel/close your help screen by mistake. Help screen should remain in its place until you close it on purpose!
3,- what is even more funny, there is 1 way to close the help screen on purpose, which is "alt" key, which is not functioning
if you click "alt" it is not closing but if you do anything else, you may loose your help screen . Only if you click on the "alt-close" virtual key on your screen by mouse, then it closes.
These are the problems I have seen yesterday, wanted to share.
