Re-read the patch notes. Searched here on the forum. I must be tired because I can't find it. Can anyone point me to where I should have seen it, but didn't?
EDIT: Sigh. I didn't see it because this PC EU character on PTS doesn't have an enchanted weapon. Sigh.
