Hi @ZOS_Kevin ,

Could you please take a look at this ticket ID for me? Please!

I have 10,000 crowns on my account, and I’d really like to send two gifts to my other account. I’ve already requested gifting before, and I understand it was rejected, that’s okay. But I’m kindly asking again for your help.
Would it be possible to simply remove the crowns from my account and send the two gifts to my other account? I know support has the ability to assist in cases like this, and I would truly appreciate it.

Please, @ZOS_Kevin , just let me use my own crowns. I’d be so grateful for any help you can provide.

    This is really heartbreaking for me.
    These are my crowns… it's my accounts, and I just want to use what I rightfully own. I’m not trying to sell or break any rules. I just want to enjoy the game on my own accounts. :(

    I built my main account around a HA build. After some time, I bought another account and made it HA too. Both of my main accounts are centered around HA builds.

    Now, I’m not welcome to join most groups, because HA builds aren’t accepted. Even if I switch to a 2bar setup, both accounts are still burned, I’m labeled as an HA player and excluded because of it.

    To fix this, I bought another account where I won’t use HA builds, because that seems to be the only way to actually play the game. If I want to keep playing, I need an account without HA characters, because players are gatekeeping us.

    And now you're telling me: "You're not allowed to start all over," while players are telling me: "You're not welcome to join us."

    So tell me, how can I play this game? Seriously, just tell me, please.

    I can start over, yes. But I’m not doing it without a bank assistant and ragpicker, because the game practically forces players to have those.

    Jesus... just let me know how I’m supposed to play. Please. Just tell me.

    I have 11,850 Crowns sitting in a burned HA account. Why can’t I gift my own account just so I can keep playing this game?

    Right now, all of this is more frustrating than fun. What do you expect from me? Do you really think I’m going to spend €70 just to buy two assistants again? Are you serious?

    At this point... I’m almost done with ESO. Truly. Because I CAN’T PLAY THIS GAME.



    I will NOT log in to ESO again until I get some real support. If I can’t play the game, then I won’t be playing it. Simple as that.
    I even bought ESO+ again today, and no — I’m not going to ask for a refund. It seems like the company need the money more than I do.

    Did you submit a new ticket through the method you were informed? Did you read the thread and follow the instructions on how to designate those as alts for crown gifting?

    I hope your ticket gets looked at but your second image seems like instructions for further review.

    I'm 100% done, and I give up. I’m requesting a refund for the ESO+ I purchased today.
    It's completely pointless to try playing this game anymore. I'm done with all of it.
