Which Class skill line's passives would benefit a new Scribing Grimoire the most?

Grimoires can be Scribed into new, customizable Active Abilities for a predetermined skill line, and those Scribing Active Abilities proc the Passive Abilities of the parent skill line. This means that Scribing Grimoires for Class skill lines would be considered Class abilities, and of course any passive that would proc when you use or slot a Class ability for that skill line would proc when you use or slot a Grimoire for that skill line.

Here is a list of the Class Passive Abilities that specifically could be activated by a Grimoire for that skill line (depending on how you scribe it and what it does) as of PTS v11.0.3:

Sorcerer
  • Dark Magic
    1. Blood Magic — When you cast a Dark Magic ability with a cost, you heal for 1600. This effect scales off your Max Health.
    2. Exploitation — When you cast a Dark Magic ability you grant Minor Prophecy to you and your group, increasing your Spell Critical rating by 1314 for 20 seconds.
  • Daedric Summoning
    1. Rebate — You restore 371 Magicka or Stamina when one of your non-Ultimate Daedric Summoning abilities end. The resource returned is dictated by the ability's cost.
    2. Daedric Protection — Reduce your damage taken by 5% while you have a Daedric Summoning ability active.
  • Storm Calling
    1. Expert Mage — Increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 108 for each Sorcerer ability slotted.

Dragonknight
  • Ardent Flame
    1. Warmth — When you deal direct damage with an Ardent Flame ability, your damage over time attacks deal 6% increased damage to the target, and reduce their Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.
  • Draconic Power
    1. Burning Heart — While a Draconic Power ability is active, your healing received is increased by 9%.
    2. Elder Dragon — Increases your Health Recovery by 323 for each Draconic Power ability slotted.
  • Earthen Heart
    1. Eternal Mountain — Increases duration of your Earthen Heart abilities by 20%.
    2. Mountain's Blessing — When you cast an Earthen Heart ability, you and your group gain Minor Brutality for 20 seconds, increasing your Weapon Damage by 10%. If you are in combat, you also generate 3 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
    3. Helping Hands — When you cast an Earthen Heart ability with a cost, you restore 1120 Stamina. This effect cannot activate when using a Stamina costing ability and must cost more than the restored value.

Nightblade
  • Assassination
    1. Pressure Points — Increases your Critical Chance rating by 548 for each Assassination ability slotted, increasing your chance to critically strike by 2.5% per ability.
    2. Hemorrhage[With an Assassination ability slotted] Increases your Critical Damage by 10%. Dealing Critical Damage grants you and your group Minor Savagery, increasing your Weapon Critical rating by 1314 for 20 seconds.
  • Shadow
    1. Shadow Barrier — Casting a Shadow ability grants you Major Resolve for 12 seconds, increasing your Physical and Spell Resistance by 5948. This duration is increased by 2 seconds for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped.
    2. Dark Vigor — Increases your Max Health by 5% for each Shadow ability slotted.
    3. Dark Veil — Increases the duration of your non-invisibility based Shadow abilities by 2 seconds.
  • Siphoning
    1. Magicka Flood[With a Siphoning ability slotted] Increases your Max Magicka and Stamina by 6%.
    2. Soul Siphoner — Increases your healing done by 3% for each Siphoning ability slotted.
    3. Transfer — Casting a Siphoning ability while in combat generates 2 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.

Templar
  • Aedric Spear
    1. Piercing Spear[With an Aedric Spear ability slotted] Increases your Critical Damage by 12%. Increases your damage done to blocking players by 12%.
    2. Spear Wall[When activating an Aedric Spear ability] Gain Minor Berserk and Minor Protection for 6 seconds, increasing damage done and reducing damage taken by 5%.
  • Dawn's Wrath
    1. Prism — Casting a Dawn's Wrath ability while in combat generates 3 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
    2. Illuminate — Casting a Dawn's Wrath ability grants Minor Sorcery to you and your group for 20 seconds, increasing your Spell Damage by 10%.
  • Restoring Light
    1. Light Weaver — When you heal an ally under 50% Health with a Restoring Light ability, you grant them 2 Ultimate.

Warden
  • Animal Companions
    1. Bond with Nature — Anytime one of your Animal Companion skills end, you are healed for 1530 Health.
    2. Savage Beast — When you cast an Animal Companions ability while you are in combat, you generate 4 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
    3. Flourish[With an Animal Companions ability slotted] Increases your Magicka and Stamina recovery by 20%.
    4. Advanced Species — Increases your Critical Damage by 5% for each Animal Companion ability slotted.
  • Green Balance
    1. Accelerated Growth — When you heal yourself or an ally under 40% Health with a Green Balance ability you gain Major Mending, increasing your healing done by 16% for 4 seconds.
    2. Nature's Gift — When you heal an ally with a Green Balance ability, you gain 277 Magicka or 277 Stamina, whichever resource pool is lower. This effect can occur once every 1 second.
    3. Emerald Moss — Increases your healing done with Green Balance abilities by 5% for each Green Balance ability slotted.
  • Winter's Embrace
    1. Frozen Armor — Increases your Physical and Spell Resistance by 1240 for each Winter's Embrace ability slotted.

Necromancer
  • Grave Lord
    1. Death Knell[With a Grave Lord ability slotted] Increases your Critical Strike Chance against enemies under 33% Health by 20%.
    2. Dismember — While a Grave Lord ability is active, your Spell and Physical Penetration are increased by 3271.
  • Bone Tyrant
    1. Death Gleaning[With a Bone Tyrant ability slotted] Whenever an enemy you are in combat with dies within 28 meters of you, restore 666 Magicka and Stamina.
    2. Disdain Harm — Reduce the damage you take from damage over time abilities by 15% while you have a Bone Tyrant ability active.
    3. Health Avarice — Increase your Healing Received by 3% for each Bone Tyrant ability slotted.
  • Living Death
    1. Near-Death Experience — While you have a Living Death ability slotted, your Critical Strike Chance with all healing abilities is increased by up to 12% in proportion to the severity of the target's wounds.

Arcanist
  • Herald of the Tome
    1. Psychic Lesion[With a Herald of the Tome ability slotted] Your attacks wound the mind with heretical knowledge, increasing damage dealt by Status Effects by 15% and Status Effect Chance by 55%.
    2. Splintered Secrets — What they don't know can kill them. Increase your Physical and Spell Penetration by 1240 per Herald of the Tome ability slotted.
  • Soldier of Apocrypha
    1. Aegis of the Unseen — Form a secret soldier within your mind, a defense against arcane forces without. While a beneficial Soldier of Apocrypha ability is active on you, increase your Armor by 3271.
    2. Wellspring of the Abyss — Apocryphal knowledge bubbles up from the depths of your psyche, increasing your Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery by 81 for each Soldier of Apocrypha ability slotted.
    3. Circumvented Fate — Casting an Arcanist ability warps the weave of fate around you, granting you and your group members Minor Evasion for 20 seconds and reducing damage from area attacks by 10%. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
  • Curative Runeforms
    1. Intricate Runeforms[With a Curative Runeforms ability slotted] Your status as illuminatus reduces the cost and increases the strength of your damage shields by 10%.

Note that a few specific passives mention specific abilities in the skill line that must be used, so no Scribing abilities could proc those specific passives unless those passives were changed to include the Grimoire skill in question. There are some passives that don't require Class abilities at all, so those weren't counted, either.

I do expect a lot to change by the time we get Scribing abilities for Class skill lines, and I even expect skill line passives to change to accommodate new Grimoires being added to them (the way certain Mages Guild passives were changed to accommodate the addition of Ulfsild's Contingency) so I wouldn't count on this version of these passives to exist by that point.


Given this overview of Class passives that could be activated with custom Scribing skills added to those skill lines, which skill lines would benefit the most from a new ability? Which skill line would you prefer to be given a Grimoire first? What should a good 6th Active Ability for your favorite Class skill line do?

    Since the Warden class doesn't really have a good (melee) spammable, I'd like it if the Animal Companions skill line would get a Scribing skill. It could look like a swipe/claw attack similar to one that some NPCs use (see the first spoiler below for a gif I made).
