• NA megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 11:00AM EST (16:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – March 5, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 16:00 UTC (11:00AM EST)
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)

Bugged Quests - Glenumbra

After patches and many maintenance still have some bugged quest in Glenumbra that are well known. When they will be fixed?
I mean those two:
Forgotten Ancestry - Harald Winvale missing from realm and don't have quest marker.
The Ghosts of Westtry - NPC at the house didn't spawn or are missing and you can't listen them.

    There's a work-around for Harald, but only if you know about it beforehand (do his quest first, before the other one in the area). Ghosts of Westtry... been broken forever. Would be nice to hear something about it!

    Yes its buged, shows no quest marker.
