Retail Imperial Codes not being accepted.

OK, so I have the Imperial box set.
In it we are provided 3 codes.
1. Game Registration Code
2. Imperial Edition Exclusive Code
3. Explorers Pack code
I have put in the Game Registration Code into my account, being asked to sub/charged... I have 30 days... Do I want to pay more... not yet, went back and put in other codes.
The Imperial Edition Exclusive Code says "This product requires The Elder Scrolls Online"...
What gives?

So I have to pay more money to redeem a $150 box set?
I don't want a *** reoccurring payment being withdrawn every month.
What if I don't use a credit card or paypal, and want to use retail time cards?
Where it hell is that option?
So basically I have to pay $30 for a time card NOW just to activate my free 30days...
Don't start pulling this *** ZOS... really, just don't...

But I am getting "This product requires The Elder Scrolls Online" when I failed at redeeming my Standard Edition physical copy....
I can't even get the option to sub by Sunday's deadline......

I have the same issue. Amazon 3-day early access, received physical copy Standard....cannot redeem

This is a tad upsetting, usually amazon never screws up like this...just keep emailing CS is all I can think of; I just hope I get new replies soon to my update tickets..
