Error 332 "Character is still ingame"

I got DCd in while questing in Greenshade. After trying to log back in I get this "Error 332 (6:3:787:2) Character is still in game. Please try again. Should the problem persist, blablahblahblah" any idea what's causing this? Heads up to get this fixed!

Has Cosmiq displayed virtue of patience? Even if disconnect, 30 seconds later message should no longer appear. If so, customer support must be involved to report bug.

Hi there, @Cosmiq. Players who have been disconnected suddenly can see this message when they try and log back into the game. After about 15 minutes, you should be able to log in again. Thank you!

I have the same problem for half an hour now, and it even exists with other characters, also one that I made after the error occurred the first time...

Hello, I am aware of the issues in roll-backs in Greensdale so I have been re logging to save progress. usually I can log back in within a few minutes, however i re logged into a roll-back and now I cant re log at all. its been over 30 minutes now so im a bit concerned. Please help, Thanks

i have the same problem for at least half an hour now.
it even affects new characters which is really annoying

This isn't the usual error, there is something seriously wrong with the greenshade zone, please investigate further rather than assuming it is the usual few minutes issue

Yup, it would appear that if your character is in Greenshade then you will presented with a constant 332 Error, been an hour for me now. The most frustrating thing with is, it then prevents you from creating an alt so I'm stuck with a game I can't play.

Have the same problem, was also in Greenshade.
Had some weird lag thingy, decided to relog and than the client crashed.
Total reboot, to no avail.

If it's any help I also crashed in Greenshade, while a rollback was starting to take place.

Yep, got the same issues, had to relog because of Greenshade rollback bug and it has been 30min sinds I haven't been able to log on. I can not even choose or create a new character, it just doesn't work.

They should pull the power chord and reconnect the servers. Or blow into the cartridges...or maybe push the cartridge up and down then turn it on or off. #flashbacksto1980

Could we get at least an acknowledgement of this issue?

edit: And by that I mean the specific Greenshade has locked players out issue. Its not the usual character is ingame issue that a ticket response gives as reason

Should I hang around hoping for something to happen or are all my characters locked out of game until the next server restart? whenever that may be

One hour now. This is getting stupid. Amazing game, draws you in, sign up for 6m sub... CS suck in actually FIXING issues and can merely advise like the comical responses you hear in the TV series IT Crowd.

These "roll-backs" are really more than just annoying... but now I can't even relog after last disconnect: Error 332 for about 2 hours now... Guys, you're really testing out the limits of my patience.
