Hey been about 3 days now... submit tickets after ticket no support. Can't login. this is just wrong. I expect better service for when I pay for a product. I want this resolve like everyone else. This is just wrong. Someone care to explain from tech support???? maybe someone from management??

Players are receiving the 201 error message because either they aren't using the correct username to log in, or because their username contains a special character. Please try requesting your user name from the login screen. If you are using the correct user name and do not have special characters in your name, please ensure that you either have your anti-virus set to allow all possible instances of ESO, or disable it completely.

✭✭I got that one at first attempt to log in this morning, checked my email, saw I'd received an e-mail from GMG with updated access codes, redeemed those and could log in fine. Now I have my mudcrab, scuttler and treasure maps too0
