This ultimate has been under performing since it's inception, despite being the most fun Necromancer ability to use.
  1. No one using this morph is doing so to support/revive allies; remove the revive allies on this morph
  2. The blastbones can simply be roll dodged, so there is no reason to make the ultimate cost 300.
  3. Before the nerf to total corpses and their duration, this ability was already near impossible to setup due to needing 3 corpses stacked, and it being negated by a simple roll dodge in PvP; make the ultimate always spawn three blastbones

And if you want the ultimate to still consume corpses for some benefit, maybe refund some of the ultimate cost per corpse consumed? Either way, I am begging the devs consider these changes to make blastbones oriented/focused builds viable.

You are wrong on the rolldodge part, it's an aoe attack, not a single target one.

But you are right, Animate can not be played in pvp anymore due to the 5 corpse/pet limit, which is ridiculous since a basic pvp necro will always be at 2-3 pets (spirit guardian, arcanist, blast bones) and when you cast the ultimate 0/3 blastbones apear.

Even more imposible chance if a mob has been dead under your feet for 3 mins straight and considered an unusable corpse that is somehow stil considered in the 5 corpse limit.

Zos needs to stop making blastbone a pet, it's a damn pvp spammable. I don't see wardens getting pet caped by casting deep fissure.

I don't think it should become more of a damaging morph, since it's in a heal skill line and necromancers already have Colossus. If anything, it could consume corpses in the area to provide buffs for trial groups. (And maybe get a large amount of ult back if no one was resurrected.)

He is not wrong on the roll dodge part actually.

While Blastbones technically shouldn't be roll dodgeable, the way blastbones works is that it picks the explosion location when it leaps. If someone has a high enough movement speed, roll dodging when the blastbones leaps has a good chance of moving you far enough that you're no longer in the radius of the detonation AoE.

It's not intentional, but it DOES happen. It can also happen if the opponent gap closes while the blastbones is in the air, gets knocked back or pulled, streaks, etc.
