Help needed in support case for a Friend

Hello!

I would like to ask help on behalf of my Friend @Xanslash033.

Last night when attempting to log in he was horrified to see his account was permanently deactivated for CoC violation.

We think this was due to some billing issues a few weeks ago relating to getting double charged for ESO+ and him disputing it. He recieved a temporal suspension for it back then, however this WAS resolved with support about a week ago and he got his account back so we believe there may have been an oversight somewhere along the lines of communication in this regard.

He really loves this game and would like to get his account back as soon as possible and is cooperative in finding a resolution for this missunderstanding.

His last ticket number is [250411-000858] and there was email communication done too when he couldn't access his account.

Your help in looking into this matter is most appreciated! Thank you!

    You might try tagging one of the forum mods, or sending them a message. I don't know how to add them to the post or I would for you. It sounds like something that can be resolved.
